All employees undergo a robust recruitment process, including enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks and verification against the Independent Safeguarding Authority (ISA) barred lists for both adults and children.
Once employed, all staff are supported through a structured induction programme and ongoing training to ensure they meet and exceed statutory and regulatory standards. Every care professional is encouraged and supported to achieve a minimum of NVQ Level 3 / QCF Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, and those seeking career progression are further supported to enrol on Level 5 Leadership and Management qualifications.
